4. Fundamento jurídico do tratamento
O fundamento jurídico depende da finalidade concreta do tratamento e poderá incluir:
- diligências pré-contratuais ou execução de uma relação estabelecida com o titular, nomeadamente na gestão de candidaturas, inscrições e participação em atividades;

5. Formulários online
A Terra Sintrópica utiliza formulários online, nomeadamente Google Forms, para candidaturas, inscrições e outras manifestações de interesse.
Os dados fornecidos através destes formulários são utilizados exclusivamente para as finalidades indicadas no respetivo formulário e poderão ser tratados através dos serviços Google utilizados pela Associação.
A utilização destes serviços implica igualmente o tratamento de determinados dados pela Google de acordo com as suas próprias condições e política de privacidade.
6. Alergias, intolerâncias e necessidades específicas
Em determinadas atividades, poderá ser necessário solicitar informação sobre alergias, intolerâncias alimentares ou outras necessidades específicas para permitir uma organização adequada e segura da participação.
Quando esta informação constituir ou revelar dados relativos à saúde, será tratada com especial cuidado e apenas quando exista fundamento jurídico adequado para o seu tratamento.
A informação será utilizada exclusivamente para a organização e segurança da participação na atividade e o seu acesso será limitado às pessoas que necessitem de a conhecer para esse efeito.
7. Partilha e acesso aos dados
A Terra Sintrópica não vende nem comercializa dados pessoais.
Os dados poderão ser acedidos ou tratados por:
- membros da equipa e colaboradores da Terra Sintrópica que necessitem da informação para as respetivas funções;
- prestadores de serviços tecnológicos utilizados pela Associação;
- prestadores cuja intervenção seja necessária à organização de determinada atividade;
- autoridades públicas ou outras entidades quando exista obrigação legal.
O acesso deverá limitar-se aos dados necessários para a finalidade em causa.

Alguns fornecedores tecnológicos utilizados pela Terra Sintrópica, nomeadamente serviços online, poderão tratar dados fora do Espaço Económico Europeu.
Quando aplicável, o tratamento deverá ocorrer ao abrigo dos mecanismos legalmente previstos para assegurar um nível adequado de proteção dos dados pessoais.
9. Conservação dos dados
Os dados pessoais são conservados apenas durante o período necessário à finalidade que determinou a sua recolha ou durante os prazos exigidos pela legislação aplicável.
Para candidaturas a atividades que não resultem em participação, estabelecemos como referência um prazo máximo de 12 meses após o encerramento da atividade, salvo quando exista fundamento que justifique uma conservação diferente.
Os dados das pessoas que efetivamente participem poderão ser conservados durante períodos superiores quando tal seja necessário para cumprimento de obrigações administrativas, contabilísticas, fiscais, contratuais ou legais.
Findo o período de conservação aplicável, os dados serão eliminados ou anonimizados, quando adequado.
10. Segurança
A Terra Sintrópica procura adotar medidas técnicas e organizativas adequadas à proteção dos dados pessoais contra perda, alteração, acesso não autorizado, divulgação ou utilização indevida.
O acesso aos dados pessoais é limitado, sempre que possível, às pessoas que deles necessitam para o exercício das respetivas funções.
11. Direitos dos titulares dos dados
Nos termos da legislação aplicável, o titular poderá exercer, consoante a situação, os direitos de:

5. Onlineformulare
Terra Sintrópica verwendet Onlineformulare, insbesondere Google Forms, für Bewerbungen, Anmeldungen und sonstige Interessenbekundungen.
Die über diese Formulare übermittelten Daten werden ausschließlich für die im jeweiligen Formular angegebenen Zwecke verwendet und können über die vom Verein genutzten Google-Dienste verarbeitet werden.
Die Nutzung dieser Dienste beinhaltet auch die Verarbeitung bestimmter Daten durch Google gemäß den eigenen Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google.
6. Allergien, Unverträglichkeiten und besondere Bedürfnisse
Bei bestimmten Aktivitäten kann es erforderlich sein, Angaben zu Allergien, Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten oder anderen besonderen Bedürfnissen zu erfragen, um eine angemessene und sichere Teilnahme zu ermöglichen.

Für Bewerbungen zu Aktivitäten, die nicht zu einer Teilnahme führen, legen wir als Richtwert eine maximale Speicherdauer von zwölf Monaten nach Abschluss der Aktivität fest, sofern kein Grund vorliegt, der eine abweichende Speicherdauer rechtfertigt.
Daten von Personen, die tatsächlich teilnehmen, können länger aufbewahrt werden, wenn dies zur Erfüllung administrativer, buchhalterischer, steuerlicher, vertraglicher oder gesetzlicher Verpflichtungen erforderlich ist.
Nach Ablauf der jeweils geltenden Speicherdauer werden die Daten gelöscht oder, soweit angemessen, anonymisiert.
10. Datensicherheit
