PREC (Ongoing Regenerative Process) is a regenerative food hub in the village of Mértola. This is the space where the Terra Sintrópica team, volunteers, locals and visitors sit together and share healthy meals. It offers plant based and inspiring means, prepared with local, seasonal and regenerative ingredients that support local soil regeneration.
PREC serves meals inspired by local and international gastronomy that interconnect tradition with innovation. Food is mainly sourced from Horta da Malhadinha’s agroforest, ensuring nutrient-rich plant based ingredients that respect place and natural cycles.
