More than a restaurant, PREC is our local food hub, serving seasonal, plant-based meals, welcoming the community daily, and acting as a point of sale for products from the territory.
Mértola Forest Plots
An experimental project that tests regeneration through successional agroforestry techniques in plots of acacia, eucalyptus, and areas at high risk of desertification, aiming to convert them into native, biodiverse forests.

Land Grants
Bolsa de Terras was a professional capacitation program in regenerative agriculture that looked to establish new residents in Mértola through integration in the on-going agroecological transition.
Land of Shelter
Pioneer project in multidimensional and community-based hosting of refugees in rural areas.
Therapeutic Gardens
Sintropic gardens established in 9 nursing homes of the Senior University of Mértola, promoting a sense of connection and belonging to the territory through intergenerational activities related to agroecology.
