At Terra Sintrópica we welcome volunteers from all over the world who want to explore and deepen the concepts and practices that are central to our work: agroecology, syntropy, soil and landscape regeneration, local production and consumption, as well as collaborative governance models.
Being a TS volunteer means being part of this living ecosystem in Mértola, making care the principle and foundation: caring for the land and caring for people. To get to the place and take care of it, you need to give yourself time. That's why we accept volunteers for a minimum of 1 month and up to 3 months.
