At the Terra Sintrópica Association, we welcome volunteers from all landscapes of the world, who wish to explore and deepen, in a working context, the concepts and practices that are central to our work: agroecology, syntropy, soil and landscape regeneration, local production and consumption, as well as models of collaborative governance.
Being a TS volunteer means being part of this living ecosystem in Mértola, with care as the guiding principle and foundation: caring for the land and caring for people. To arrive at the place and care for it, time must be given. That’s why we accept volunteers for a minimum period of 1 month and up to 3 months.
